We are a unique alpaca ranch and fiber shop.  The ranch raises alpacas for yarn which we have processed and then hand dye and sell in the shop.  In addition, to our home grown yarns, we also carry Jagger Spun and Gist weaving and knitting yarns on cones and by the skein.  If you are a spinner, we save back some of our clip to sell as roving or in raw fleece form.  

Casa Alpaca and Fiberworks is a Schacht Spindle Company dealer.  We carry rigid heddle looms, spinning wheels and weaving tools and accessories in stock or can order what you need if we don’t have it.  

The shop is open Saturdays and Sundays from noon until 4:00 or by appointment.  As always, the herd is ready to visit with you and you can meet the animals that produce our ranch yarn line.  

If you are looking for a different activity while visiting Santa Fe, bring the family out to visit our herd and weave a souvenir of the visit in our make and take project.  For those who would like to focus on weaving, we offer a variety of classes ranging from one day to several days.  Class prices range from $150.00 to $300.00 depending on the type of class you would like to take. The make and take activity cost if $75.00 per person and you have a finished project to take home.
